Marlee! It's always so exciting for me to pick a winner, because of course I have no idea who it will be, but so far every time I've chosen a winner it's put me in touch with a great fan and oftentimes fellow blogger. Marlee is actually not a blogger... (yet, anyway!) She is fairly new to the nail blogiverse! So I feel honored to help get her polish collection blooming with a sampling of a few of my favorites. Should we warn her about how this is the way it starts for all us nail nuts? ;P
